Acceptance of Terms

You must follow these Terms and all applicable laws when using the app.

Account Responsibility

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscription, Billing, Trial, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid access and trials are managed through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Pricing, renewal timing, cancellation settings, and refund handling follow your Stripe configuration and payment terms.

AI Output Limits

AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should verify important claims before relying on them.

Informational-Only Service

The assistant is informational only. It is not a priest, therapist, lawyer, medical provider, financial advisor, or emergency service.

The app cannot provide sacraments, confession, absolution, professional advice, or emergency support.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for illegal acts, abuse, harassment, fraud, explicit sexual content generation, violent wrongdoing, or attempts to evade safety controls.

User Content and AI Interactions

You are responsible for prompts and content you submit. You grant permission for the app to process that content to provide responses and core service functionality.

Third-Party Services

The app uses OpenAI (AI responses), Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (billing), and Google OAuth (sign-in). Their service terms and policies also apply where relevant.

Termination or Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, policy violations, fraud risk, or security concerns.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
